NCC finally argrees to reduce NTN fine from $5.2bn to $3.4bn

The fine imposed on MTN a leading communication service in Nigeria by the National Communications services[NCC] has been reduced from $5.2bn to $3.4bn,after disregarding regularities in the compulsory SIM registration process,leading 5.1 million subscribers being disconnected during august to September 2015.
NCC has taken the decision to reduce the fine on the business from the original N1,040,000,000,000 (One Trillion, Forty Billion Naira) to N674 Billion Naira which has a deadline payment on 31st of December 2015.
And the issues are being addressed by the Executice chairman Phuthuma Nhkelo
