Are you having problem logging in to Futo portal?

Dear Futoites,
                      Hope you all are enjoying Futo so far? In this post,I'm going to help you out on what to do if you're having problem logging in to the Futo Portal and you getting messages like 'Your Name has not been submitted' or 'the user is not in the Database'
But firstly,before your name can ever be submitted to the Database, You must have done and paid your departmental clearance fee.
Only the names of student cleared in each Departments are submitted for processing..but if you were already cleared in your department,You then have to do something Immediately or else,Nothing will be done..This is what to do...
  • Report to your Department:Once you notice this issue,the first thing to do is to report to your department and lay your complain,they may take it from there or  most likely refer you to the ICT center
  • When reporting to the ICT center:Go along with these documents "Departmental clearance or receipt,Jamb & Futo admission letter and confirmation of Admission".
When you get there,you would be directed to an Office where the Issue would be Addressed immediately.
